The Mediarej project, in addition to establishing an international network of professionals and organizations from the mentioned areas, will also create an overview of different training methods and their application in 4 European countries. 

In recent years, Europe has seen the development of very diverse training proposals related to restorative justice (RJ) and mediation. Some of these aim to educate mediators as individual professionals through postgraduate courses, while others focus on forming groups of mediators linked to specific communities. The MEDIAREJ project aims to provide an overview of various training methods and their application through joint staff training and the development of innovative intellectual outputs in 4 European countries, establishing a network among trained professionals and organizations.
