The project "Development and support for the development of sustainable employment models for vulnerable groups in the urban area of Pula" aims to increase the employability of vulnerable groups. In addition, the goal is to raise awareness of the importance of social inclusion of all groups in a society, a community through the creation of preconditions for the employment of people from vulnerable groups. In addition, special attention is being paid to reducing discrimination as it is recognized as a serious barrier to the social inclusion of vulnerable groups, especially through employment.

Through this project, activities of empowerment and preparation of vulnerable groups for easier employment will be carried out, as well as activities of preparation and awareness of employers about the possibilities of employment of vulnerable groups and their networking and potential match-making. Furthermore, mentors will be trained and their salaries provided to accompany people from vulnerable groups to work to facilitate their adjustment and help them adjust and overcome difficulties in the first few months of employment. Furthermore, as part of this project, an educational curriculum "Manager and management of a social enterprise" will be developed, as well as pieces of training for future social entrepreneurs, social innovation workshops and a "Social impact HUB" programme. In addition, several PR activities are planned to raise awareness of the importance of social inclusion of vulnerable groups through a media campaign, a short documentary, video content, public events, and cooperation with influencers.
