Objectives and results of the action: The Foundation, with the partners Istrian Region and Association Informo tried to increase the competitiveness of the unemployed youth at the labour market by providing them with job acquiring skills, by building up their business knowledge and people related skills, and by enhancing their work experience through Intense program for business trainees (Accelerator) and Volunteer program. They also wanted to improve the quantity and the quality of information sharing among local employers regarding their present and future human capital needs for unemployed youth and enhance networking between unemployed youth and all regional stakeholders connected to the labour market.
